This Years Upper East Coast Paul Green School of Rock Festival will be in My Town. Whay Am I super interested in this, You Ask? My very dear girlfriend of 18years is an instructor @ the Princeton chapter, teaching vocals/guitar/keys/bass. I couldn’t be more Proud of her. With her Instrution the AllStar Group from NJ will be giving Us Pink Floyd. Many Months ago I witnessed how special the School of Rock is. A bunch of lady friends and I jumped in the car one Sunday Afternoon to go see their presentation of AC/DC. Its pretty impressive when you see a bunch of kids ages ranging from 6-15 kicking out Big Balls, Problem Child, Whole Lotta Rosie… almost perfect. Honestly It gave me the chills, made me smile ear to ear and almost cry all @ the same time. I suppose what Im trying to say is this whole School of Rock things is a Wonderful Gift for Children. Support it in your town ~ Check it out ~ It’s a Good Thing
I spoke to my girlfriend last night around 10pm over coffee and here’s a some of the songs they will be doing. I’m so Pleased they will be doing my Favorite Floyd Cut “Fearless”.
Performances by the Paul Green School of Rock All Stars and shows by various schools in the NJ/NY/PA area.

My favorite Floyd album? That’s a tough one, but I’ve gotta go with ‘Wish You Were Here’. I do love ‘Meddle’ though – great underrated Floyd album. Echoes is freakin’ epic…
